Mia our sales person was amazing! She helped us through the sale and even when we had challenges with the importing into Canada. She did her best to help sort this issue to ensure we received our screens. With the time difference from China to North America she stayed up to the early morning hours to assist. The after care is also amazing. There is a learning curve on how to use the system but once you learn it. its very user friendly. I would highly recommend Mia
